A senatorial aspirant in Kogi East Senatorial district, Kogi state, under the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), Hon. Muhammed Abdullahi,a.k.a Elephant has promised to make tremendous impact in the district if given the opportunity to serve the people.
Elephant, made the pledged while speaking to THEANALYSTNG reporter in an interview on Wednesday in Abuja.
The aspirant also assured the people of the district of adequate representation that would bring massive development to the senatorial district.
According to him: “I must also thank our party leaders, stakeholders and associates, the great people of Kogi East Senatorial District for their support and encouragement and unprecedented opportunity Accord me to run for Senate in the 2023 general election.
He stated further that he was spurred to join the race due to the numerous encouraging words he has been receiving not only from the youths but the people of the area both at home and Diaspora.
“Let me say here that if I am your Senator come 2023, Kogi East senatorial district will witness rapid and monumental transformation that will cut accross board”
Elephant,who contested the 2019 Governorship seat on the platform of Labour Party, and political enthusiast, appreciated his teeming supporters and youths for their support, promising not to betray the trust reposed in him by the people if elected into the office in 2023.
He appealed to the people of Kogi state to embrace NNPP, which described as a party for Nigerians.
