In his efforts towards fostering Unity among his friends and brothers, the Chigari of Lokoja, Alhaji Ahmed Sanusi Ahmed, has Wednesday hosted Hakimis and his Lokoja kinsmen to a dinner (Walmat)
The Deputy Commissioner of Police , while appreciating large crowd of lokojians who trooped his GRA residence Lokoja, explained the virtues of assisting the less privilege in the society.
The Chigari, who went memory lane to explain how he ascended to his present position, explained that it was predestined that he’ll joined the Nigeria Police Force.

“When I told few friends that I was going I host them in my house, I was expecting few of them, but with the number of crowds I am seeing, am overwhelmed.
“I also want to make all of us understand that assisting people when you are opportune, is a great service you will render to humanity and society in general. Your presence has further geared me towards rendering selfless service to our community and humanity in general ” he added.
He, therefore, suggested that the occasion should be yearly, to create a strong bond among them.
In his remarks , Alhaji Abubakar Sule Sa’id the date for the coronation of Chigari of Lokoja will be Announce in due cause.
“The date for the turbaning of Alhaji Ahmed Sanusi will soon be announced at the convenience of the Maigari of Lokoja, HRH, Alhaji Muhammadu Mai Karfi 111,” he said
