The Kogi state High Court in Kabba, headquarters of Kabba Bunu Local Government Area of the state through interim order has restraint the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from Removing the Vice Chairman of the Party for Kogi West.
The Court through an interim order on Thursday in kabba had barred the Party from removing prince Benson Omofe from office until the determination of the suit.
The suit which was brought before the court by the Peoples Democratic Party against Benson Omofe is slated for hearing on the November 11, 2020.
