Governor Bello decorates newly promoted Abang

Kogi state Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, on Wednesday decorated Mr Cyril Abang,fsi comptroller of Immigration service,Kogi state command who was recently promoted from comptroller to Assistant comptroller General(ACG).

The Governor, while decorating Abang urged him to see his promotion as a challenge to do more for the nation

Bello also asked him to count himself blessed as he was among hardworking officers that got elevated this year.

He congratulated Assistant comptroller General Abang on his promotion, adding that Kogi state and the nation at large was expecting more commitment from him wherever he would find himself

“Wherever you go, do your best; use your gifts and talents for the benefit of mankind. Don’t intimidate others, don’t cheat or collect what does not belong to you.

“We rejoice with you and we believe more promotions are still coming, ” Bello said.

Speaking With TheAnalystNG reporter, Abang,credited his success in the promotion to the grace of God. He attributed his promotion to the good leadership of the comptroller General of immigration service,Muhammad Babandede who he described as a leader per exellence

He expressed gratitude to the officers and men of Kogi state command, promising that he will continue to give his best of services to the nation

The occasion was atteanded by officers and men of Kogi state command of immigration service,security agents and the wife of the celebrant Lady Theresa Abang among others.
