The Dokaji of Lokoja, Alhaji Kilani Hassan has congratulated the Maigari of Lokoja, Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi 1V, on his 60th birthday anniversary, saying the monarch has successfully etched his name in gold with his commitment to the welfare of his people, development of the Emirate, and his statesmanly handling of public issues since his appointment as successor to his revered father of blessed memories.
In a congratulatory message on Tuesday, Kilani ,who holds the traditional title of “Dokaji of Lokoja” said: “I join the people of Lokoja emirate council and members of lokoja traditional title holders council , especially sons and daughters of Lokoja Emirate at home and in the disporah, to congratulate the Mai Martaba on this occasion as well as thank the Almighty Allah for His unqualified grace to the Maigari and Lokoja under his watch. During his reign, Lokoja has begins undergoing through different phases of positive socioeconomic and political developments that have earned it respect and qualified it as a centre of excellence, peace, and harmony.
“I pray Allah, the Lord of the worlds, to look after the Maigari of Lokoja and his household, and grant him good health as he continues to serve the people and our community with everything that he has got.” the statement concluded.
