The SDP Chairmanship Aspirant of Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Bassa Local Government council, Honourable Dugbanya duniya David has promised to tackle the insecurity bedevilling Bassa Local Government if elected as chairman in October 19th Council polls.
David disclosed this at the SDP state secretariat in Lokoja, during an interview on Thursday.
David, who claimed that insecurity and banditry was easy to tame, said that he would engage both the community leaders and local apparatuses to halt the scourge.
He pointed out that insecurity fester because of unemployment and lack of empowerment programs.
“I’ll engage our youths, women, boost agriculture and introduce skill acquisition program immediately I assume office ” he promised.
