The All Progressive Congress a(APC) Councillorship Candidate for ward E, Hajiya Hajara Aishat Umar , has said that women, youths and community development will be one of the topmost priority if given the mandate to represent ward E.
Umar,who said women and youths constitute the majority of the voting population, made the promised while speaking to Newsmen after her endorsement at the party’s primary as the sole Councillorship candidate in ward E
She maintained further that women and youths,occupy strategic positions in kogi politics stressing that she’ll pay attention to community development if given the mandate.
” I’ll empower youths ,women and development my community as councilor ” she said
She appealed to APC supporters, especially the youths in the area to maintain peace before, during and after the October 19th Council polls.
