Residents Commend Aguye As Karaworo, Unguwan Hamza Communities Gets Solar Powered lights

Residents of Unguwan Hamza, Old Market ,Karaworo and environs Commended member representing Lokoja/ Kogi federal Constituency,Hon. Danladi Sulaiman Aguye for installing solar panels light in the area.

The installation of solar panels which begins from Lokoja old market to late Maiyaki of Lokoja’s residence, unguwan Hamza to karaworo is to be extended to Adankolo community in due course.

Speaking in an interview with ThEANLYSTNG reporter on Saturday,Comrade Ibrahim Shaibu Nuhu, Head of Media and Publicity to the lawmaker said the project would enhance security and tackle socio-economic challenges of the people considering the importance of light to human and societal development.

He noted that so many rural communities in Lokoja/Kogi Federal Constituency would benefit from this project.

“My boss has decided to install the street lights in order to reduce the security challenge of his constituents.

The installation of solar panels in Adankolo community and environ Will soon commence, ” Nuhu Said .

He however enjoined the benefiting communities to safeguard the solar lights jealously in their interest and for the overall development of their respective areas.

He also urged communities that are yet to benefit from the project to be patient, while expressing Aguye’s determination to extend the gesture to them.

He noted that the project will be in phases and will cut across other areas that have not benefitted.

Hajiya Hassana Dauda,who spoke on behalf of Karaworo women ,commended the Aguye for keeping to his promises during electioneering in 2023.

She said Honourable Aguye had performed wonderfully well in less than one year representing them in the National Assembly.

Hassana thanked the lawmaker for his efforts at reducing the sufferings of his constituents, adding that everybody in the community would continue to support him.

She said, “This is a man of honour, who always keep to his promise. We have had representatives in this constituency but Aguye is different. What they could not do for us, Honourable Aguye has done them.
