To cushion the current economic hardship in his constituency, member representing Lokoja/Kogi federal Constituency,Hon. Danladi Sulaiman Aguye,on Saturday distributed food items and textiles Materials to members of his constituency.
Aguye who was represented by his Special adviser on media,Comrade Ibrahim Shuiabu, said that the parliatives was aimed at contributing in his own little way to alleviating the current economic hardship of the people in the Constituency in the area of food provisions and textiles Materials for women.
According to Shuiabu the programme would be done on intermittently basis and would be rotated between the two local government Local Areas within the constituency.
“In the course of my campaign I promised to serve everyone irrespective of party affiliations and when I won the election by the grace of God, I’ll maintained my position to be a representative of everyone resident in this constituency and to this end, what we are doing today is for everybody.” Aguye said.
Highlights of the occasion was the presentation of the items to representatives of Lokoja/Kogi federal Constituency while the woman leader received the textile materials on behalf of women.
