Kogi state commissioner designate, Engineer Muhammed Danladi Yahaya Farouk have promised to work assiduously towards the full actualisation of Gov.Ahmed Usman Ododo’s vision for the people of the state.
Engineer Farouk who was recently screened by Kogi state House of assembly in an interview with newsmen on Tuesday in Lokoja, said he’s ready to hit the ground running towards achieving ododo’s policies and program for the state in any office he find himself.
Farouk, a building engineer by profession, one time Director of Administration in Lokoja local government, said he was looking forward to whatever portfolio the governor would assign to him and was ready to manage it with full commitment, dedication and friendship.
He expressed the need for continuous interaction between the government and people to move the state forward
While commending Governor Ododo for picking him from nowhere to the height of commissioner, Farouk said, “I want to thank him immensely for finding me worthy to serve as member of his cabinets”
He promised to work in synergy with the governor to ensure that policies and programs of the government were marshalled out in Ododo’s manifesto would come to fruition.
The commissioner designate who served as the coordinator of Daisy Ododo campaign organisation in Lokoja local government, said he was confident on the capacity and capability.
