The council of Hakimis in Lokoja Local Government traditional Council has described as a “monumental loss” the death of the Executive Chairman of Lokoja Local Government,Hon muhammad Danasabe Muhammad.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Chairman, Lokoja Local council government of Hakimis, Hakimi of ward B,Alhaji Ahmed Sarkin zango made available to journalists on Wednesday in Lokoja.
The Hakimis described the late Chairman as a peace lover who detested violence and was dedicated to a stable and united Lokoja and Kogi State.
The statement partly read, “ ” “Hakimis and members of Lokoja Local Government traditional Council has described the death of late Hon muhammad Danasabe Muhammad, executive chairman of Lokoja Local Government area, as a monumental loss to the emirate and the entire people of Lokoja Local Government.
“I conveyed on behalf of the entire members of Lokoja council of Hakimis our deepest condolences to the immediate family of the late Chairman,Lokoja Local council and the people of the State on the demise of the late Chairman.
“late Mohammad Danasabe Muhammad was a man of many solid parts, a peace loving leader who detested violence; and his greatest legacy was his dedication to a stable and united Lokoja local government. These sterling qualities,according to the statement , will forever remain in the hearts of our people.” the statement concluded.
