The speaker of Kogi state House of Assembly, Rt Hon. Aliyu Umar Yusuf, has called for unity among members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lokoja/Kogi federal Constituency in kogi state.
Rt. Hon. Yusuf made the called on Tuesday in Lokoja, during APC stakeholders and leadership meeting held at Reverton Hotel Lokoja.
He expressed confidence in the party’s victory stressing that with leaders and party faithful that attended the meeting, we are is confident the APC would deliver in the forthcoming November governorship election.
The lawmaker maintained further that with the current leadership in Lokoja Kogi federal Constituency, APC members in the area are fully committed to strengthening the party in Lokoja,Kogi and the state at large.
He assured the meeting that in no distant time, leaders of the party would visit members across the constituency to re-echo the need to strengthen and unite the party.
