A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State Hon. Sulaiman Babadoko has congratulated Senator Smart Adeyemi on his victory at the Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja.

In a congratulatory message issued in Lokoja on Thursday, the former lawmaker said the tribunal’s ruling was an affirmation of the mandate freely given to these worthy Ambassador by the good people of Kogi West senatorial district
“I received with delight, news of the judgement of the Election petition tribunal sitting in Abuja which upheld the election of the Senator representing Kogi West senatorial district,Senator Smart Adeyemi.
“This significant judgement is an affirmation of the mandate freely given to APC and Senator Adeyemi by the constituents” he said.
“The judgement no doubt is a clear indication of the overwhelming victory at the Kogi West senatorial election. I therefore commend the judiciary for renewing the faith of Nigerians in the tenets of rule of law and justice,” Babadoko added.
