The General Manager of Kogi state water Board,Engineer Abdulsalam Sagir Muhammad ,has congratulated the newly elected Speaker of Kogi state House of Assembly,Rt Hon. Umar Yusuf Assignment on his emergence as the speaker of the 8th Assembly.
Engineer Sagir congratulatory message was contained in a press statement he personally signed and made available to THEANALYSTNG in Lokoja on Tuesday.
The statement reads in part: “I Engineer Abdulsalam Saqir Muhammed, General Manager, Kogi state water Board, heartily congratulate the new Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Umar Yusuf Assignment and the principal officers on their election and inauguration today, Tuesday 6th June 2023
I wish to express my profound appreciation to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Governor Yahaya Bello and leader of APC in the state for recognising Lokoja constituency and endorsed one of it son as the number 3 in the state.” Sagar said.
He appealed to the newly inaugurated lawmakers to corporate with the executive in building a united and prosperous Kogi state.
