Kogi GM Water Board, SaqirDrums Support For Ododo

The General Manager, Kogi state water Board and president Confluence Elites Movement (CEM) Engineer Abdulsalam Saqir Muhammed, has said the administration of Alhaji Usman Ododo as the governor of Kogi State, if elected in the forthcoming November 11 Guber election will consolidate on the laudable achievements of governor Yahaya Bello.

He said Ododo’s emergence as APC flagbearer the governor of Kogi would fully integrate our teaming youths , physically challenged and women into the governance .

Saqir made the call when addressing stakeholders and APC supporters, in continuation of his enlightenment campaign visit to wards in Lokoja on Saturday.

He appealed to the people to support Ododo to succeed Governor Yahaya Bello and urged them to look at the antecedents of candidates angling to succeed Governor Bello before making their choice.

He said that Usman Ododo had shown capacity in leadership in various offices he had served or serving.

Engineer Saqir noted that Governor Bello had transformed Kogi State and that anyone who would succeed him should be someone that would consolidate on his achievements.

He described the choice of the former Local Government Auditor General , Ododo, as the next governor of the state in 2023, adding that he remained the best candidate and called for the people’s total support for the candidate.

While appreciating them for the support , engineer Saqir assured them of Ododo’s determinations to operate an all inclusive government if given the opportunity to serve as the governor of Kogi state.

In a similar development,engineer Saqir received in audience the elected local government councillors representing five wards of Lokoja local government.

He appealed to them as representatives of grassroots to take the massage of Ododo’s blueprints to the people at the grassroots as November Guber election approaches .
