… urges his supporters to vote for APC Senatorial candidate Karimi

The Senator representing Kogi West, Senator Smart Adeyemi, received a rousing welcome in Kabba, headquarters of Kabba-Bunu local government area of Kogi State on Monday as he arrived for the APC zonal rally for the 2023 general elections.
Adeyemi,who was introduced as the leader of APC in kogi West arrived the venue accompanied by his teaming supporters in a carnival cruise was received by leaders of the party.
The Kabba Township Stadium, venue of the rally was filled to the brim by the supporters of all APC candidates in the state who were excited to see Adeyemi and other chieftains of the party.
Addressing the gathering, Senator Adeyemi, who is the Chairman, Senate Committee for FCT called on the people to support the party’s candidate for Senate, Hon. Sunday Karimi and all other APC candidates.
“Let us all forget the past, we should keep all that has happened behind us. APC is our party, we cannot allow our candidates to fail. We must play politics without bitterness so that Kogi state would be a pacesetter and foreign attractions to investors.
“So, what I want you to do, all the love, all the support, all the prayer that you have been giving to me, continue but, please, extend that support and prayers to all our flagbearers, support APC, let us all campaign round because this is the only senatorial district that we have.”
He also called on the party supporters, especially his teaming followers to vote for the APC presidential candidate, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Vice presidential candidate, Senator Kashim Shettima and all APC flagbearers from head to bottom ” Daga Sama Har Kasa”
He said that Nigerians should come out en mass and cast their votes for Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu because he is eminently qualified to rescue the Country from the shackles of poverty, starvation and underdeveloped which the PDP plugged the country into.
The high-ranking senator further described Tinubu as a good politician who happens to build a bridge between the North and South west politically.
In attendance at the rally which witnessed a huge turnout of APC supporters, was the Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, the Speaker Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mathew Kolawole, all APC candidates for National and state Assembly.
Recall that this is the first appearance of Senator Smart Adeyemi in political gathering in the state since the conclusion of the controversial APCSenatorial primary election held in Kabba last year.
