Lokoja Forum Of Patriots,,organisers of Lokoja Boat Regatta has commiserated with the Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Dr Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu, over the death of her mother, Hajiya Zainab Sidi Ali,who passed away on Tuesday after a brief illness in Abuja.
The chairman of the forum, Alhaji Babaango Idris issued the condolence message in a statement issued by Alhaji Nda Umar, Secretary of the Forum, on Thursday in Lokoja.
Idris described the deaths as a loss not only to their families but to the nation.
He described the life and times of Zainab, as a life well spent in the service of humanity.
“Hajiya Zainab Sidi Ali lived an exemplary life that created the right environment for her immediate children and others within the community to be raised with values that have enabled them to achieve great heights,” he said.
He prayed for Allah to grant all the families the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable lost and reward late Hajiya Zainab with janatul-firdaus.
