Dr Maikudi Calls on Newly turbaned Members To Be Law Abiding Citizens

The National president of
National Association of Nigerian Traditional Medicine Practitioner (NANTMP), Dr Shaba maikudi has called on members of the organisation to be law abiding citizens.

,Maikudi, was speaking at the conferment of traditional title to 10 worthy sons of the association in Lokoja on Monday.

He explained that World Health Organisation’s (WHO) has proclaimed that 95 per cent of the world’s population depend on natural medicine, adding that the association’s major aims is to regulate the activities of its practitioners,and recognise those that Excel amongst them.

The president said today’s occasion was organised by the chairman of Kogi state chapter of the organisation, Dr Ibrahim Nda Bida to confer traditional title to 10 worthy sons of the organisation.

” I want to use this medium to call on the traditional title holders who were turbaned today on the need to be law abiding citizens, be good ambassadors and remain committed to the goals,aims and objectives of the organisation” he advised.

,in his remarks,Dr Ibrahim Nda Bida called on the newly turbaned members to be good ambassadors of the organisation wherever they may find themselves.
He commended the National president of the organisation,Dr Shaba maikudi, whom he described as a leader per excellent.

Highlights of the ceremony includes : conferment of traditional titles on 11 members of the organisation.

Malam Jibril janta Muhammed was conferred with the traditional title of Garkuwa, Malam Ahmad Abdul and
Malama muhammed kudi, as Aluwo while Muhammed Soje, was conferred with Maji Gboya amongst others.
