

His Excellency, Alhaji Suleiman Baba Ali*, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of *H.E. Chief Patrick Adaba*, the former Deputy Governor of Kogi State who served under the late *Prince Abubakar Audu*. Alhaji Suleiman Baba Ali also served in the same cabinet as Hon Commissioner for Health.
In a heartfelt condolence message to the family of the late leader, Alhaji Suleiman Baba Ali described Chief Adaba as a man of integrity, sincerity, and dedication who served Kogi State with *honour and commitment.
H.E. Chief Patrick Adaba was a leader who stood for truth, fairness, and the progress of Kogi State. He was a man of honesty, God-fearing, and deeply committed to public service. Working with him was a privilege, as he always prioritized the people’s well-being, Alhaji Suleiman stated.
He emphasized that H. E Chief Adaba’s passing is not just a loss to his family but to the entire state, especially to those of us who had the opportunity to work closely with him.
Alhaji Suleiman Baba Ali prays for the family he has left behind, asking God to grant them strength, comfort, and peace during this difficult time.
