Kogi state Coalition of APC Democrats (KGCAPCD) has called on Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo to reshuffle his cabinet, saying it is in the state’s interest.
In a statement by its Chairman ,Comrade Abdulrahman Ibrahim Isah,on Saturday in Lokoja, said that the state cabinet as presently constituted had “many disloyal persons”.
The Governor, as a matter of urgency, should rejig his cabinet, sack as many as possible and appoint those who share in the vision and mission of his administration without considering tribe.
According to the statement: “Loyalty must be absolute and the lack of it is dangerous to the present people’s oriented administration like that of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo” it said.
It stated that unfaithful members of the cabinet were more than faithful ones that truly loved the Ododo administration.

The group alleged that most persons in the cabinet as constituted were there for their personal and selfish interest.
According to it, its unfortunate that most of such persons were appointed into the administration of change at the detriment of the qualified and soldiers of a new Kogi .
It added that the persons were in the Ododo government to discredit it, and further maintained business as usual in their various capacities.
The group said that the intentions of such persons were to give the administration a bad image before Kogites and the electorate,but insisted that it must be resisted by the Governor.
It urged the governor to consider loyal and patriotic party members who had stood by him and the administration for reward.
