“I am particularly excited because the new minimum wage will have a positive impact on the lives of thousands of workers, enabling them to better provide for their families and loved ones. I am also excited because, a few days ago, I met with the Leadership of the L.G.E.A led by the Education Secretary, Heads of Primary and UBE Schools, and the NUT (Lokoja Branch) and one of their prayers was the implementation of minimum wages. Today, the governor has put that to bed.” he said
