The Kogi State People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Youth Leader, Comrade Yunusa Adazaki Halidu,has expressed appreciation to the delegates of the party for electing him, assuring that he would soon embark on reconciliation tour to reunite members across the 21 local government areas.
In a statement he personally signed on Thursday,Halidu thanked leaders and the entire delegates for their support and promised to justify the confidence reposed in him.
The statement reads: “I want to use this medium to expresses my deepest appreciation to delegates at the just concluded People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Congress in kogi State for electing him as the state Youth Leader of the party
I’m humbled and elated by the massive show of solidarity and the sacrifices made by the delegates to ensure that i emerged victorious in what has gone down as the most transparent, free, fair and credible election.
“I also appreciate PDP leaders and stakeholders, women, youths for their support, prayers and wise counsel” Halidu said.
