IDAH community was filled with excitement,enthusiasm and anticipation as they welcomed back their beloved Son, the chairmanship candidate, Alhaji Halilu Alhaji, after a successful Nomination as the APC Torchbearer in the forthcoming October 2024 local government election in Kogi state. Supporters in their large numbers, on motorcades, motorcycles and all forms of mobility trooped out to welcome their most acceptable choice heading to the LG Poll contest.to show their massive and unwavering support for a Candidate referred to as a UNIFIER.

Alhaji Alhaji who had been consulting tirelessly for the past few months, was greeted with cheers and applause as he made his way through the crowd. The atmosphere was electric, with banners and posters displaying messages of congratulations and victory.

In his speech to the gathered crowd, Alhaji Alhaji expressed his gratitude for their support and vowed to work tirelessly to fulfill his promises to the local government. He outlined his vision for the future, emphasizing the importance of unity and progress for all residents, as well as Security of lives and properties as his first line priorities.

The homecoming event was a true reflection of the local government spirit and unity, with people from all walks of life coming together to celebrate a shared goal. As the sun set on the event, it was clear that Idah local government,was ready to embark on a new chapter with their newly elected chairmanship candidate leading the way.

The Creme de la creme of Idah local government APC stakeholders were on ground for this all important event. And among those present were; Alhaji Friday Idachaba, Hon Commissioner for culture and Tourism, Hon Haruna Idoko Musa, Hon Abuh Odoma, Idah APC Divisional chairman and host of other important dignitaries.
