A Kabba Youth Support Group for Senator representing Kogi West in the National, Senator Sunday Karimi have described a press statement made by an amorphous and non existent Kabba Coalition Youth Group as hallucination of faceless jobbers who are on errand of failed politicians who have remained bad losers that refuse to heal. The group that goes by the name Owe Youth Arise for Karimi says the statement made in the press release are clearly that of frustrated political pensioners who are still pained that Senator Karimi’s victory ended their political career.
The leader of the group Comrade Olowokere Julius made the statement in a counter press release made available to journalists in Lokoja. Comrade Olowokere says only those who are on mission of image smearing, political vendetta and baseless accusations will begin to appraise a Senator whose budget is about to begin to count despite making frantic efforts in the last one year of purposeful representation of people of Kogi West. He said the fake individual behind the fallacious write up only exposed their ignorance of facts and reality as it concerns the performance, programs and plans of distinguished Senator Sunday Karimi.
He described the sponsors of the write up as the unpopular sinking politicians who lost woefully even in their Kabba base during the last Senatorial election. He said Senator Sunday Karimi is loved and celebrated by majority of Kabba people who showed him uncommon love during the last election. He said Senator Karimi’s popularity in Kabba reflected in the huge electoral feat he achieved in Kabba. Comrade Olowokere says Kabba people are aware of the Senator’s big plans for the community that would begin to manifest in few weeks and vow that enemies of progress shall not succeed in scuttling the project.
He commended the Senator for the three different round of palliative he has extended to the people, the community schools captured for renovations, the anticipated electricity installations repairs, extension and borehole construction across wards are evidence based testament of responsive representation by the distinguished Senator. Mr Julius says the motions and bill’s sponsored, visible leadership presence and outstanding activities of the Senator are assuring and worthy of commendation. He charge the people of Kogi West to remain calm and expect unprecedented dividends of democracy in the months ahead as the Senator has successfully secured over a billion Naira budgetary allocation for the development of Kogi West.
Mr Olowokere encourage the people of Kogi West to stand with the Senator for dividends to come more, he said the job’s secured so far are just appetizers for the bigger opportunities ahead. He warned bad losers and political detractors to learn to heal and allow the Senator to concentrate on job of legislation for the good of the people
