Graduation/Valedictory Service: Maigari of Lokoja Commends Quality Teachings of Anchor International Schools

Parents have been asked to use quality primary and secondary school education to empower children towards overcoming socioeconomic challenges.

The Maigari of Lokoja, Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi IV, made the disclosure at the Graduation Ceremony/Valedictory Service/Speech and Prize Giving Day of Anchor International Schools Lokoja.

The Maigari of Lokoja who was represented by Alh Isa Baba Nasidi, Hakimi Ward D,
said basic education provides children with a pathway to a better quality of life and improved financial prospects.

The Traditional Ruler urged parents to pay attention to the education of their children, described Anchor International Schools as a place for moulding characters and offering quality education.

While pointing out that the foundation for solid higher education is hinged in quality basic education, called on on schools to emulate the quality of teaching and learning available at the Anchor International Schools Lokoja.

The Maigari used the occasion to pray for the Graduands from the school, wished them well in their future academic endeavors, urged the Management of Anchor International Schools Lokoja to sustain their academic ratings and excellence that has made them a positive reference.

In a goodwill message, Abu Michael, PTA Chairman, Anchor International Schools, congratulated the school for a hitch free academic session, that saw the school excel in both internal and external examination.

The PTA Chairman used the opportunity to appeal to parents to take advantage of the advantages available at the school to offer their children quality education, laced with discipline.

In a presentation, Pastor Adeyele Joseph, urged parents to learn to answer questions from their children, pointing out that it helps solve issues agitating their minds and not allow strangers with other motives proven them with answers.

Pastor Joseph appealed to parents to pay attention to what there school do in school, pointing out they need for parents to maintain closeness with their children has become necessary.

In her remarks, Mrs. Mathias Okpanachi, Proprietor, AIS Lokoja, said the education offered in the school is not merely about acquiring knowledge, said it is about preparing for children for the responsibilities and opportunities that lies ahead, said Graduands of the school are well equipped to step into a world that is ever changing and full of Possibilities.
