The Fidau Prayer for the reposed of late Alhaji Gimba Sha’aban, elder brother of chief Imam of Lokoja, Sheikh Muhammadu Aminu Sha’aban, is scheduled for Saturday the 23rd January 2024.
In a statement signed by the eldest son of the deceased, Hon. Bala Sha’aban on Friday in Lokoja said the prayer service which will be presided over by the chief Imam of Lokoja, would commence by 10 am prompt at imam Sha’aban’s unguwan Fawa residence, Lokoja, Kogi state.
Retired (Air force) master warrant officer,Gimba Sha’aban died Wednesday at the age of 71 after a protracted illness,he is survived by 9 children and many grandchildren.
