Programme of events for the turbaning of Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi,as the 7th Maigari of Lokoja has been released.
In a statement signed by the chairman, Agitation for HRH Alh. Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi As the Maigari of Lokoja,Alhaji Alfa Gimba obtained by THEANALYSTNG said The New Maigari would be welcome to Lokoja motorcade by the community.
According to the statement,members of Lokoja traditional council, general public,women and youths organisations are expected to gather at Muritala Muhammed bridge , Janata by 10.am on Wednesday,while turbaning will take place at HRH Maigarin Lakwaja palace to be perform by the chief Imam of Lokoja, Sheikh Muhammadu Aminu Sha’aban.
