Unguwan(Kura) Kowa Community Commends Governor Bello Over Road Project

The unguwan Kowa Community in Lokoja local of Kogi state, have commended Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello for the construction of Unguwan Kowa road, popularly known as unguwan Kura, saying the project has gladen the hearts of the community.

In a statement issued by the Hakimi of ward D, Malam Isah Ahmed Nasidi, in Lokoja, said the road project in the area when completed will improve transportation in the city, enhance drainage systems, and bring urban renewal to the community.

The statement added that most residents of Unguwan Kowa in Lokoja local government area felt neglected in the previous administration urban renewal programme.

Part of the statement reads, “This is indeed pleasing news to the residents of the affected community and the entire ward D, in Lokoja local government area.

“In fulfillment of the promised by His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello the Executive Governor of Kogi State, it came to our notice we the people of Ward D, particularly unguwan Kowa Community, the cheering news of the of construction of the Sadauna junction- Kabawa-Unguwan Kowa – Maigari palace junction Road in Lokoja local government area.

He Congratulated Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo,the governor- elect of Kogi state.
