Kogi Council Of Ulama’uFelicitates With Christians On Christmas

The Kogi state council of ulama’u has felicitated with Christians across the state on occasion of the this year’s Christmas.

The congratulatory message was contained via statement signed by the secretary of the council, Alhaji Baba’ango Idris and made available to Theanalyst.ng.

The council applauded the positive and sustained synergy between the Muslim and Christian faith which according to the statement” is responsible for the prevailing harmony, peace and peaceful coexistence in the state”

Part of the statement reads:
“Council urges the Christian brethren to continue to emulate and imbibe the life of simplicity, weakness, love and sacrifice which Christ exemplified and personalized

Council pledges it continuous co-operation and collaboration with Government, Security Agencies and religious individuals organizations in ensuring peace, Security and harmony in Kogi state.

Council applauds the Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for his sustainable support to religious bodies in the State.

As you celebrate this important milestone of high spiritual import, the Muslim community wishes you God’s guidance and abundant blessings embedded in the festive season,” Baba’ango concluded.
