The APC leader in Lokoja /Kogi federal Constituency,Hon. Sulaiman Baba Ali has expressed his gratitude to friends and teaming well wishers on the occasion of his 61st birthday.
In a statement obtained by THEANALYSTNG,the Matawalle Arewan Nupe Kingdom and Gabi of Lokoja,said he’s humbled by the encomiums and acknowledgment of his little contributions, attempts to support and empower the community.
The statement reads in part;
“May I thank you all my dear brothers and sisters on this platform for your kind words and good wishes for my birthday today. I feel really humbled by the encomiums and acknowledgement of my little attempt to support our people and empower our communities. I am really encouraged and assure you all of my commitment to rededicate myself to the Service of our community and humanity at large.
But let us all never forget that I am a mere mortal, just a human being like everyone else with my own failings. I can only try, it is only Allah that is perfect and can do it all. Where ever I fail or fall short of your expectations, please find it in your heart to forgive me for it is not deliberate. Because sometimes my good effort may not be sufficient for all. At such times please I beg for your pardon. I pray that Allah makes me better than the good things said about me for the benefit of all. Once more please accept my sincere gratitude for all the kind words and best wishes. God bless you all” All statement concluded.
