A Seven days fidau prayers was on Saturday held for the former Personal Assistant to the late Maigari of Lokoja, HRH. Alhaji (Dr)Muhammadu Kabiru Maikarfi 111, late. Abubakar Danjuma Nda Nani I at his Lokoja Family residence.
The prayer which lasted for an hour was led by the Malam Ibrahim Zakari and other Islamic scholars.
The Maigajin Gari of Lokoja, Khalifa Ibrahim Kenchi,Oba of Yoruba HRH Alhaji Audu Oke,Dokaji of Lokoja, Architect Kilani Hassan and Maiyaki of Lokoja, Alhaji Ali Lawal Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Kabir were among the dignitaries who attended the seven days Fidau prayer.
Speaking with newsmen,the dokaji of Lokoja , Kilani Hassan described the death of Danjuma as a great lose.
“I had cause to interact with the late P. A, as he’s known, he always struck me as a man who stood for truth and was passionate about whatever he stands for” he said
dokaji prayed that God will forgive the late Abubakar’s sins,grant his families and Muslim ummah the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable lost.
Also Speaking at the event, chief Audu Oke urged everyone to emulate the good virtues of late Abubakar Danjuma.
The royal father described the late personal Assistant as a man of tremendous grace, and resilience, a loyal and honest man.
