KSG Sets Up Committee On Revalidation Of Land Title

Kogi state government have set up committee to revalidate the land title in the state.
This was made known via a press statement signed by the committee secretary,Barrister Mary Ann Otaru, and made available to THEANALYSTNG in Lokoja, on Tuesday.

The statement reads: “The Committee set up by Kogi State Government for the revalidation and recertification of Certificates of Occupancy wishes to inform owners of houses and plots of land in the State, that all those currently holding Rights of Occupancy and even Certificates of Occupancy should visit our office to validate their documents.

Those who are yet to pay their ground rent should also hasten to pay as the Committee is ready to make things easy for them.
The Committee assures genuine plot owners that on payment of the prescribed fees, they will receive the new validated Digital Certificate of Occupancy that will give absolute legitimacy to their properties.

Hurry now and contact the Committee at SSG’s Office Complex, opposite Muhammad Buhari Square, Lokoja, Kogi State. Note that the exercise which started on 26th June, 2023 will end on 9th September, 2023. Those who fail to meet up within the prescribed period risk revocation of their titles.
