Kogi Guber 2023: I’ll run an all-inclusive government – Dino

Kogi State People’s Democratic Party Governorship candidate in November 2023 elections, Senator Dino Melaye , have promised to run an all-inclusive government, if he’s elected as the governor of Kogi state.

Dino,a former senator representing Kogi West senatorial District, gave the assurance in Lokoja during a press interaction with journalists on Tuesday.

He said if elected Governor, everyone would be a stakeholder and contribute to development of Kogi state.

The former PDP director of Atiku presidential Council who promised to harness the abundant minerals resources endured in kogi, however, said he is the most experienced of all the aspirants, strong enough to defeat the ruling APC candidate in the state.

According to him if given the mandate,he’ll not be a Muslim or Christian Governor ,rather he’ll operate with the fear of God.

Dino said he has since stopped challenging Governor Yahaya Bello over his inadequacies, because the governor have nothing to offer.

He lamented how both previous and present administration in kogi abandoned the abundant natural resources, especially Solid minerals, tourism, Ajaokuta Steel company, assured the people of the state to harness the endured abundant natural resources to generate revenue for the development of the state.

On civil service in kogi state, Dino promised to cater for the welfare of civil servants through training and retraining, payment of regular salaries, pensions and gratuity.

“Kogi need a leader with experience, exposure who is ready to sacrifice for the development of the state.

Am in the race to contribute my quota towards the development of Kogi state not to enrich myself as been alleged by the opposition.

There’s nothing am looking for,I want to give service to the people of Kogi state ” he said.
