Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi has condoled with The Darman Lakwaja, Barr. Naseer Ahmed, members of Lokoja traditional title holders and the entire Lokoja emirate council over the recent death of the Sarkin Yakin Lakwaja, Alhaji Muhammed Karaworo Ahmed.
In a condolence message obtained by THEANALYSTNG in Lokoja on Saturday, Kabir condoled with the deceased family and the entire people of Lokoja.
He described the death of the Sarkin Yakin as one that touched all, saying the deceased meritoriously occupied the position for over decades.
He described the demise of the octogenarian as a great loss not only to his family, Lokoja Community, but the entire state.
He prayed Allah to grant the family, people and Lokoja community , the fortitude to bear “the irreplaceable loss.”
Kabir urged Barr. Naseer Ahmad and the entire family to be consoled by the lasting legacies of honesty and piety left by the late Sarkin Yakin Lakwaja, Alhaji Muhammed Karaworo Ahmed who passed away on Saturday at the age of 97.
