Danman of Lokoja, Alhaji Sulaiman Baba has condoled with his counterpart, Dan Darman Lakwaja, Barr. Naseer Ahmad, on the passing away of his father, the late Alhaji Muhammed Karaworo Ahmed, Sarkin Yakin Lakwaja, on Saturday in Kano.
The Danman , in a statement he personally signed and made available to THEANALYSTNG in Lokoja on Saturday, urged Dan Darman Lakwaja and the entire family to be consoled by the fact that their father lived a long and fulfilled life as an accomplished patriot and notable community leader.
He said Alhaji Ahmed who passed on at 97, had return to his Creator in peace and contentment, having produced worthy children including Barrister Naseer, the Dan Darman Lakwaja who will proudly carry on his legacy of worthy and selfless service to their community, state and the country.
He prayed that the Almighty Allah will grant him eternal rest in janatul-firdaus.
