Aliyu Visits late Maigari’s Families,Condoles Lokoja Emirate council

The FCT Minister of state, Dr Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu, has expressed her condolences to the people of Lokoja traditional council, particularly the families of late Maigari of Lokoja, Alhaji (Dr) Muhammadu Kabir Maikarfi 111, over the death of the monarch.

Aliyu, who visited the families on Saturday, described the late traditional ruler as a peace-loving elder statesman and a father to all.

The minister who holds the traditional title of Zinariyan Lakwaja,said the late Maigari was harmonious relationship with all his subjects who was passionate about the development of Lokoja,has been in the forefront in preaching unity and peace in his domain.

She called on the royal families on the need to maintain peace and unity and emulate the good virtues of the late Royal father,who reigned for 3 decades.
“You must unite as one family,Baba United his subjects, preached peace,unity amongst the people of Lokoja traditional council and the state at large, may Allah forgive all his shortcomings, grant all of us the strength and fortitude to bear the irreplaceable lost ” Aliyu prayed.
