Joint Coalition of Women in Politics/ Stakeholders, Kogi West senatorial District has endorsed the candidature of New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) flagbearer, Hon. Abubakar Ibuku Muhammed Bukky, as their candidate in the constituency’s senatorial seat, ahead of the 2023 elections.
The organisation which consist of stakeholders from the seven local government areas, met with Bukky on Sunday in Abuja, and passed vote of confidence in the candidacy adding that they were in Abuja thanked him for acceding to the peoples’ demand and stand as the party’s candidate in the next general elections.
Chairman of the forum, Mrs Fumilayo Joseph, while expressing the position of the meeting, held that the entire stakeholders, including youth and women groups and other members of the organisation, were well pleased with the sterling performance of Hon. Bukky as a philanthropist and Human developer.

The statement quoted Joseph as saying, “Hon.Abubakar Ibuku Muhammed has impacted positively on the lives of our people and we call on all lovers of peace, unity and equity to support him irrespective of party affiliation in order to benefit from his wealth of experience and varied contacts.” Joseph said.
