Kogi Speaker Mourns Alhaji Muhammadu Kabir Maikarfi III, Commiserates with the people of Lokoja

Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly and Candidate of the ruling All Progressive Congress for Kabba/Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency in the forthcoming General Elections in 2023, Rt. Hon. (Prince) Matthew Kolawole has received with shock and grief the news of the demise of the paramount ruler of Lokoja, Alhaji Muhammadu Kabir Maikarfi III, the Maigari of Lokoja who died yesterday after a brief illness, aged 80

The Speaker said it is devastating and painful to lose loved ones, especially a paramount ruler who have consistent contribute to the peace and development of not only Lokoja, Kogi State but the entire nation.

Speaker Kolawole commiserate with the immediate family, the council of chiefs and the people of Lokoja metropolis for the loss of their monarch, urging them to take solace in the words of God which says, there is time to be born and time to die as a mortal, praying that God will grant the immediate family and community the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable and irreparable lose.
