The minister for state, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Dr Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu, on Friday in Abuja, inaugurated Grassroot Mobilization Campaign committee For Tinubu/ Shatima 2023.
Speaking during the inauguration ceremony, Aliyu said, the group was constituted to support the Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu and Kashim Shatima 2023 presidency under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
She explained that members were selected based on their track record of performance and commitment in supporting the APC and the presidential ambitions of the party presidential flagbearer.
According to Aliyu, the committee is setup to as part of her strategy to deliver Tinubu/ Shatima come 2023.
“This is in continuation of my strategic engagement with critical stakeholders in preparation for the all-important 2023 General Elections” she explained.
She charged Nigerians and bonafide APC members to be devoted, committed, and do away with religious, tribal, and any other sentiments capable of derailing the success of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Senator Kashim Shettima come 2023.
“We are committed to working for the actualisation of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Presidential Candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s presidency” Aliyu promised.
