GOV BELLO, AKAWU

As Governor Bello lost the just concluded APC presidential Primary,,a chieftain of APC in Kogi state,HON. Sai’du Akawu Salihu,SAS, has advised governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi state to relocate back to his state to face Governance which kogites elected for

Recall that since Bello started nursing presidential ambition Abuja has become the administrative headquarters of Kogi state, where government officials take files and other important documents to for approval.

Government House has turned to ghost of it self.

While advising the governor on his truancy, abandonment of his responsibilities, Akawu said :”Finally, the Presidential Primary Election of our great party the APC has come and gone. Congratulations to the winner and the flag bearer, His excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu d Jagaban.

For my governor and d only aspirant from Kogi State. It is time to take a deep and sober reflection of your over 6 years stewardship in Kogi State especially the leadership of our party.
You have over one year left on the saddle as governor. I think it is time you commit yourself to improve governance so that history can manage to be fair to you and your administration.

The outcome of the primaries clearly shows that not all of d handpicked delegates from Kogi under your leadership believed in your elusive presidential adventure. This should be of serious concern to you on the internal cohesion of our great party (APC) under your watch.
My candid and sincere advice is that, you sit up and make the best use of the remaining time of your tenure. Relocate back to Lokoja and face your duty squarely and within the remaining time make governance inclusive. “GYB to PYB” wasteful project have come to its predictable end.

Enough of Abuja jamboree where almost all the government officials now stay, having abandoned their various duty posts.

We fought hard under the leadership of late Prince Audu to dislodge PDP in our state, let your actions and performance as governor and party leader not be a cause of loosing the state back to PDP.

A stich in time saves nine. This is an advice from a concerned stakeholder who fought like a true soldier of democracy in my capacity as Deputy Director General of Late Prince Audu gubernatorial campaign (2015) to bring about APC administration in our dear state.” the APC chieftain lamented
