HRH the Maigari of Lokoja, Alhaji (Dr) Muhammmadu kabir Maikarfi 111( OON) has been described as a veritable partner in the art of governance and development considering the exemplary leadership qualities he has displayed since he was appointed as the Maigari of Lokoja and Chairman, Lokoja Local Goverment Traditional Council three decades ago.
The commendation was made by the Dan Darma of Lokoja, Barrister Naseer Ahmed, who felicitated with Alhaji (Dr) Muhammmadu kabir Maikarfi III, as he marked the 30th anniversary of his ascension to the throne of his forefathers.
In a statement personally signed by Dan Darma described the 30 years reign of Dr Muhammmadu kabir Maikarfi lll, as eventful, peaceful and progressive with a lot of achievements recorded.
He praised the monarch for being a Father to all and for his uncommon display of philanthropy, forthrightness and wisdom while handling his royal responsibilities.
The Dan Darm particularly commended the Royal father for his show of compassion and consistency in supporting the less privileged through his selfless service.
While describing the Maigari as a critical partner in development as well as for being an inspiration for the younger generation, Barr. Ahmed prayed Almighty Allah to continue to guide the traditional ruler and grant him sound health, more wisdom and successful reign.
