Bukky promises impactful representation of Kogi west Senatorial District

A Kogi West Senatorial aspirant and Secretary ALGON,Hon. Abubakar Ibukun muhammed Bukky of the has promised to provide equitable and effective representation if elected into the upper chamber of the National Assembly.

Bukky who made this remark during an interview with journalists in Lokoja, said he would advocate for accountability of constituency projects through legislation.

He promised to push for the establishment of a federal presence in Kogi / Lokoja Federal Constituency which is endowed with granite and other solid minerals in order to accelerate industrial development of the area. He added that already he has been at the forefront of advocating for converting the rich mineral resources of the area into viable products.

He called on the electorates in Lokoja and Koton-Karfe to support a power shift by electing a senator from the axis because representation since the inception of the 4th republic in 1999 had been by persons from Five Local Governments of Okun speaking area.

He vowed to deliver on his mandate of a virile and prosperous Kogi West that constituents would be proud of in 2023.

Bukky,who is yet to disclose the party he intends to contest,however assured his teaming supporters across the seven local government areas, that he’ll contest under an Acceptable Political Party decided by all and sundry.
