As the 2023 general election gathers momentum, a chieftain of All Progressive Congress (APC)in kogi state, Honourable Okutepa Danladi Usman,has drummed support for the national leader of the ruling APC, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, ahead of 2023 presidential election.
Usman made the called in a statement he personally signed and obtained by THEANALYSTNG on Thursday in Lokoja.
He said out of all the qualified presidential aspirants, Tinubu remains the most qualified with track records and wide national network.
He explained that the former Lagos State governor is the most qualified and acceptable candidate and has made great people.
According to the statement, “In Nigeria we can’t continue the way things is going, we want someone who can come and look at us from where we are and take us to the next level, we need a president who will touch lives.
“We know Jagaban has made great people, we need men of ideas and what he is telling Nigerians is that he is not tired of being used by God to make people.
“We want to assure you that you have our support and it’s a bright new day for Nigeria. We wish Jagaban safe trip back home.”
He described Tinubu as the only Politician among his contemporaries that remain standing since he left office as governor of Lagos State in 2007.
Okutepa appealed to Nigerians to reciprocate by supporting the APC leader’s presidential ambition adding that with Jagaba as successor to president Muhammmadu Buhari, Nigeria and Nigerian would move to a prosperouse nation.
