Ahead of 2023 presidential election, Sokoto Governor, Aminu Tambuwal, has announced his intention to contest for president.
Tambuwal who contest The PDP primary in 2019 former will stand under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The former speaker made the announcement Monday evening after a stakeholders’ meeting in Sokoto.
The governor promised to fix the problems Nigeria face as he praised himself for good leadership without corruption charges.
He said the insecurity and the crisis that rocked the party made him to delay his declaration earlier adding that you’ll begin wide consultation in due course
