Member Representing Lokoja 1 Constituency,Hon. Isah Umaru,Hakimi of Ward D,I sah Ahmed Nasidi, Secretary Kogi state Council of Ulama’u, Alhaji Baba’ango Idris,Daman of Lokoja,Alhaji Sulaiman Baba on Saturday attended the wedding Fatiha between Ahmad lbrahim Idowu and Aisha (Nna) Haruna
The Wedding was conducted by the Chief Imam of Lokoja, Sheikh Aminu Sha’aban and supported by Malam Ibrahim Zakari,Malam Tanko Tale and members of Kogi state Council of Ulama’u.
The former DLG Lokoja Local Goverment,Engineer Yahaya Danladi Farouk in his capacity as the bride’s father received N30,000 from the representative of the groom at the occasion as dowry according to Islamic injunction.
Other important personalities that graced the occasion include: the Mayaki of Lokoja,Alhaji Ali Lawal,Lokoja Local Goverment staffers, traditional rulers, politicians among others.
