The Deputy Comptroller of Immigration Service, Abdulmajeed Yabagi has commended the Comptroller General of Immigration Service,Muhammed Babandede for the achievements he recorded since he assumed office as the CGS
Abdulmajeed made the commendations while speaking with journalists in Lokoja, on Saturday during a thanksgiving organised to appreciate God for His favour
Abdulmajeed who was recently promoted to the position of Deputy Comptroller of immigration, said the service under Babandede has grown in length and bound in all ramifications, especially in infrastructure,human and physical development in all the states, the six geo-political zones, and the FCT have impact of his administration.
“Both rank and file were elated with all round transformation that the Comptroller General of Nigeria Immigration Service brought to bear on the service, attracting all and sundry to admire the service” Yabagi said
On the success he attained within the service,Yabagi has this to say;
‘I attributed all I attained to our parents who tought us to be honest,dedication in which position we find ourselves,
I tried to emulate this virtues as a guiding principle” he said
He appealed to youths to remain focus and urged them to face their studies.
In his on remarks,khalifa Rtd. Col Isah Arif Yabagi who was overwhelmed, thanked Allah for his Mercy
“I want to use this medium to thanked all those that attended this thanks giving for the favour Allah has done to my junior brother who was recently promoted to the rank of Deputy Comptroller of Immigration Service ” he said .
The thanks giving which was presided over by the Chief imam of Lokoja, Sheikh Aminu Sha’aban, has the blessings of Khalifa Justice Nurudeen Yusuf Abdallah,Khalifa Arif Yabagi, former Speaker Kogi state House of Assembly,Rt Hon Ahmed Umar Imam,Alhaji Siraj Yusuf Abdallah,Dr Aminu Isah, collegues Of the celebrat,friends and well wishers in and outside the state.
