Kilani Bags LINPB Award, Pledges to Sustain the tempo

 The Dokaji of Lokoja, Engineer Kilani Hassan on Friday, vowed that he’ll continued to serve humanity and promote Islam.

Kilani stated this while receiving the Lokoja Indigenous Newspaper Publishers/Bloggers award of excellence, Promoter of Islam and development of Lokoja.

Kilani who was represented by Alhaji Ibrahim Sala’u, reiterated his desire to ensure that Lokoja and the state benefit from his wealth of experience.

He appreciated the award bestowed on him by the Lokoja Indigenous Newspaper Publishers/Bloggers, adding that, “I am happy that you identified with me the little contributions I made toward the development of our father land, let me use this medium to thank you for the honour done to me and my family’,he said

In his remarks,the chairman of LINPB,Comrade Amuda Dan Sulaiman,noted that the LINPB, was formed to encourage Indigenes of Lokoja at home and in the disporah to contribute their quotas toward the development of Lokoja.

“What we are witnessing today is the presentation of LINPB’s appreciation Award designed to award diligence, excellence and uncommon achiever in person of the Dokaji of Lokoja, Engineer Kilani Hassan

It is our belief that this is a better way to encourage our leaders, academicians,Business men and administrators to put in their best and use their positions to change lives and the society for the better’, Amuda said.
