A former member of Kogi State House of Assembly and Chieftain of All Progressive Congress(APC) Hon. Babadoko on Monday congratulated Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State on his victory which affirmed his victory in the Governorship election of November 2019.
The lawmaker in a congratulatory messege said, “The decision of the apex court lays to rest the tussle over the governorship of Kogi State and removes all encumbrances on the path of Bello from fully delivering dividends of democracy to the good people of the State.”
He commended the government and people of kogi in allowing the rule of law to run its entire course, urging continued them as well as to sustain the peace and development in the state
He also called on the victorious governor and the ruling All Progressives Congress party(APC) to be magnanimous in victory and make concrete moves towards inclusive governance as may be necessary.
Babadoko, who held the position of Chief Whip Kogi state House of Assembly, called upon Kogites to support the present Administration under the leadership of Governor Yahaya Bello.
