Water Scarcity: GM Appeals to General Public,as efforts is on top gear to restore normal water supply

The General manager Kogi State Water Board, Engineer Abdulsalam Sagir Muhammad has apologies over the water scarcity been face in Lokoja and environ.

Sagir made the plead while speaking with our reporter in an interview on Sunday in his office.

He said the acute water problems was as a result of electrical failure from the Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) section and some components.

“The failure was as a result of difficulty to get the failed electrical components on time from the AEDC headquarter’s,Abuja’, he said

The General manager appealed to the general public to exercise patience as effort is intensify to restore normal water supply in due course.

“I want to use this medium to thanked the general public for their patience, as efforts is on top gear to restore normal water supply” he pleaded
