It has come to our notice with shock about a post written by one Safawu Muhammed and published by Abbas Yahaya, a two time executive of NALLGS claiming that we, the apex student body of Lokoja LGA endorse the aspiration of a particular candidate for the LGA Chairmanship position.
We wish to make known to the student community and general public that we only visited the said aspirant to request his contribution towards our project Free WAEC Forms for Less-Priviledged Lokoja pupils.
We are shocked because Abbas Yahaya who was present at the meeting choose to play politics with the event by claiming we endorsed his principal knowing fully well the implication of such post as a two times NALLGS Executive. It is a pity!
On this note, we wish to apologize to the Stakeholders of NALLGS, Students, and to the general public for whatever inconvenience the post might have caused.
NALLGS under our leadership shall continue to remain a responsible apolitical organization; we shall responsibly rally support from well-meaning individuals irrespective of affiliation for the benefit of Lokoja students and not to participate in politics.
